Tasks

Management of financial accounting for companies of various legal forms

Support of live mandates (accounting outsourcing) with ongoing processing of creditors, expenses, credit cards, etc., as well as reconciliation of bank accounts and other balance sheet items

Preparation of interim and annual financial statements and annual accounts

Preparation of VAT returns and annual VAT reconciliations

Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons

Management of payroll accounting and personnel administration

What you should bring

Experience in a fiduciary company

Fiduciary apprenticeship EFZ, clerk or federal specialist certificate (fiduciary or accounting)

Good language skills in German and English

Good knowledge of cloud-based accounting software is an advantage (bexio, Xero, etc.)

Motivated, flexible and experienced in dealing with customers
