Classic Swiss fiduciary craftsmanship meets the financial world of tomorrow: At Swiss CryptoTax GmbH, we support demanding private clients, start-ups, SMEs, international structures, and family offices at the interface of traditional accounting and digital assets (crypto / blockchain).

To further expand our team, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual in the fiduciary sector who wants to independently manage their own mandates and deeply engage with the world of crypto accounting.

Important in advance: You do not need to be a crypto expert yet.

Your foundation is classic Swiss fiduciary and tax expertise. We will teach you the specific processing of crypto transactions, handling of wallets/exchanges, and the tax peculiarities of digital assets through direct sparring with in-house experts.

Your Responsibilities

• Mandate management from A to Z: You independently manage your own client portfolio, from classic SMEs to companies in the crypto and tech sectors.
• Classic & modern accounting: You conduct financial and payroll accounting, prepare interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations, and gradually take over the preparation and booking of complex crypto transaction data.
• Taxes & VAT: You prepare tax returns for legal entities, clarify complex VAT issues, and support clients with tax and business management questions.
• Process & tool development: We do not work with outdated procedures. You use modern interfaces, crypto subledger tools, and AI-supported workflows and actively help to further automate our internal processes.
• Active client consulting: You are the direct trusted contact person for your clients.
• Leading consulting projects, contributing to specialist articles or industry events.
• Building and expanding the company, client acquisition, and company representation.

Your Profile

• Solid fiduciary practice in Switzerland: You have several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector and are confident in financial statements, VAT, and Swiss taxes.
• Education: You hold a professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting (or are on the way to obtaining one / bring an equivalent practical qualification).
• Genuine interest in crypto & tech: You follow topics such as Bitcoin, blockchain, DeFi, or AI with curiosity and are eager to build deep specialist knowledge in this area. Initial contact (even privately) is a plus but not a requirement.
• Personality: you are not an administrator but a creator. You have initiative, ideas, and assertiveness. We want personalities who embrace and further develop our company values: meaningfulness / added value / appreciation.
• Working style: You think entrepreneurially, have a high quality standard for your own work, and communicate clearly and on equal terms with demanding clients.
• Languages: Fluent German and good English skills (as many of our crypto mandates and tools are internationally oriented).
