Your tasks
- You are jointly responsible for holistic and competent care, treatment and support of our emergency patients.
- You independently take on the roles of triage person (MTS), admission or discharge coordination, organising the daily routine and ensuring a smooth process flow.
- In the treatment of shock room patients, you play an important role in the interprofessional treatment team.
- In addition, you can engage as a mentor for our students in the NDS and closely support them during their studies.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed the postgraduate course to become a certified expert in emergency care and have relevant professional experience.
- You value interdisciplinary collaboration and, as a committed, team-oriented and communicative person, are a valuable addition to our multiprofessional team.
- You gladly accept the challenge of complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
- You are open to your personal development and like to actively shape change processes.
