About the job

• Coordinating the operational daily business in close consultation with the supervisor
• Monitoring, coordinating and carrying out annual activities (expiry date control, responsibility for the workwear pool including software)
• Analysing ward assortments (slow movers, assortment streamlining, etc.)
• Ensuring professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints and customer enquiries
• Maintaining and monitoring staff deployment planning in PEP
• Creating departmental key figures in cooperation with the supervisor

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and further training, e.g. as a logistics clerk and/or completed leadership training is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably with medical products
• Good IT skills (MS Office) as well as SAP knowledge
• Reliable, solution-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
• Responsible personality with strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
