Your Tasks

• Support in the management of condominium owner communities
• Preparation and organisation of owners' meetings
• Handling enquiries and concerns of owners
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Maintenance and updating of the administration database

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in property management is an advantage
• Affinity for digital tools and processes
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
