We - a team of nearly 30 employees - are (almost too) successful and are looking for immediate or agreed support for our consulting projects.

Whether power supply, traffic management, or siren alarms - operations control centers, contact centers, emergency services, or police stations, with our support, studies are conducted, renewals are carried out, processes are digitized, and applications are migrated.

This is what you can achieve

• As a Senior Consultant, you are the central point: you lead and are responsible for larger projects and are the direct contact person for our clients. And this in our core markets, namely blue light organizations, justice, public administration, traffic & energy, as well as in other markets.
• You design ICT solutions and develop solution strategies for problems and challenges. Your creative approaches are also in demand.
• You conduct demanding, complex procurements of various kinds. In doing so, you coordinate with specialists, lawyers, and clients, define the content of the tender, and assess the offers and technologies of the providers.
• You lead strategy and organizational projects.
• You are responsible for business analyses and analyses of business processes.
• You advise our clients as well as coach them and professionally lead/facilitate workshops.
• You coordinate, mediate, and advise at the interface between IT and the business world. This also makes you an interpreter.
• You independently acquire orders and actively seek follow-up orders.
• And you take on an internal mentoring role and support our less experienced employees as a buddy.

This is what you bring

• Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, natural or engineering sciences, electrical engineering, physics, or a similar field
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis in the IT environment, preferably in our core markets of public administration
• A deep technical knowledge of IT in applications, architectures, interfaces, security, and infrastructures
• Experience in conducting public procurements
• Ideally, experience in project management and agile methods as well as certifications in project management and ICT business analysis
• Preferably a CAS in your specialty
• You have a pronounced consulting personality & mentality, are skilled in dealing with decision-makers, convincing, and if necessary, also persistent, and you bring about well-founded decisions
• You are methodically skilled, independently organized, and equipped with a strong quality awareness and high service orientation
• You possess high social competence, empathy, and a strong customer orientation - this includes a general sense for people and situations and the ability to build trust and inspire as well as to present yourself winningly
• Fluent German for oral and written communication with our clients (native German speaker)
• Good knowledge of French (oral)
