Senior Consultant, 80 – 100%, Zurich or Bern

We – a team of just under 30 employees – are (almost too) successful and are looking for energetic support for our consulting projects immediately or by arrangement.

With great enthusiasm, we empower people and companies to become digitally more efficient, independent and successful. We are dynamic, working on demanding, diverse and relevant projects. Whether power supply, traffic management or siren alarms – control centres, contact centres, emergency services or police stations, with our support studies are created, renewals carried out, processes digitised and applications migrated.

This is what you can achieve

• As a Senior Consultant, you are the hub: you lead and are responsible for larger projects and are the direct contact person for our clients. And that in our core markets, namely emergency services, justice, public administration, transport & energy, as well as in other markets.
• You design ICT solutions and develop solution strategies for problems and challenges. Your creative approaches are also in demand.
• You conduct demanding, complex procurements of various kinds. You coordinate with specialists, lawyers and clients, define the tender content and assess the offers and technologies of the providers.
• You lead strategy and organisational projects.
• You are responsible for business analyses and analyses of business processes.
• You advise our clients and act as a coach, professionally leading/moderating workshops.
• You coordinate, mediate and advise at the interface between IT and the business world. This also makes you an interpreter.
• You independently acquire contracts and actively seek follow-up orders.
• And you take on an internal mentoring role and support our less experienced employees as a buddy.

This is what you bring

• Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, natural or engineering sciences, electrical engineering, physics or a similar field
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in consulting, project management or business analysis in the IT environment, preferably in our core markets of public administration
• In-depth technical IT knowledge in applications, architectures, interfaces, security and infrastructures
• Experience with conducting public procurements
• Ideally experience in project management and agile methods as well as certifications in project management and ICT business analysis
• If possible, a CAS in one / your special discipline
• You have a pronounced consultant personality & mentality, are skilled in dealing with decision-makers, convincing, if necessary also persistent and lead targeted, well-founded decisions
• You are methodically proficient, self-organised and equipped with a strong quality awareness and high service orientation
• You possess high social competence, empathy and strong customer orientation – this includes a general sense for people and situations and the ability to build trust and inspire as well as to appear winning
• Fluent German for oral and written communication with our clients (native German speaker)
• Good French skills (spoken)
