Facility Management is responsible for housekeeping, technology, and maintenance in our real estate portfolio with 13 locations. In this diverse and exciting work environment, we are looking for a committed individual.
Tasks
- Active support in the further development of the Facility Management department and participation in ongoing projects
- Collection, analysis, and documentation of processes as well as co-design of efficient target processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Conducting analyses, collecting data and evaluations, and preparing results
- Independent handling of work packages and subprojects as well as administrative support within the department
Profile
- Completed bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration / process management or ongoing bachelor's degree in facility management
- Interest in the healthcare industry and facility management
- Analytical thinking, technical understanding, as well as independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment in co-design, high flexibility, and openness
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Ideally interested in an internship lasting 6-12 months
