Activities
- Independently perform service work and small installations for private and business customers
- Carry out electrical fault diagnosis, repairs and rectification of defects on existing systems
- Record customer concerns on site and prepare simple cost estimates
- Ensure expert customer advice and write detailed reports
- Use digital order management and coordinate assignments independently
Requirements
- Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or installation electrician EFZ
- Experience in the service sector or strong motivation for targeted development in service
- Strong enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent, careful work
- Reliable, solution-oriented and conscientious working style
- High organisational talent, awareness of deadlines and ability to maintain an overview of several assignments
