Senior Requirements Engineer

Location: Switzerland

We are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer / Systems Analyst to support the creation of a harmonized product range requirements framework across mechatronic products and software platforms (mobile, cloud, OS).

Your Impact

• Consolidate and structure conflicting requirements into clear, scalable, and reusable designs.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to align business and technical needs.

• Apply UML modeling and best practices to ensure traceability and modular design.

• Drive migration from Jira to Codebeamer and support requirements management processes.

Your Profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Engineering (ETH/Technical University).

• 5-8 years of experience in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, UML, and modular design.

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering and ALM / requirements tools.

• Fluent in English, German is a plus.

• Strong consulting mindset, independent thinking, and analytical skills.
