- Actively and target group-oriented shape the Department of Children and Youth and work closely with the Integration Promotion Office
- Benefit from existing experiences and resources and take the opportunity to help shape new forms of cooperation
- Independently take responsibility for tasks and projects, from conception to further development
- Participate in all fields of work, such as open meeting spaces, social-spatial projects, information and support, holiday offers, politics and networking, participation and integration promotion
- Maintain and shape low-threshold forms of cooperation with children, young people and adults
- Cooperate and network with municipalities, external organizations and specialist offices
What you bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Animation FH
- High social and transcultural competence as well as interest in social and socio-political issues
- You are a committed and creative person who meets the target groups at eye level
- High communication skills and administrative talent
- You bring work experience both in open work with children and young people as well as with adults
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends
