Assistant at the Departure Centre
Migration and Civil Law Office | 50-80% | CP Flüeli, Valzeina
The Migration and Civil Law Office currently has 230 employees active at more than 20 locations and is responsible for all tasks in the field of migration, in particular for the issuance and revocation of permits, placement and support, enforcement of removals as well as integration. In addition, the office issues identity documents to Swiss citizens, carries out naturalisations and supervises civil registry authorities. The main office of the Migration and Civil Law Office is located in Chur.
For the Migration and Civil Law Office, we are looking for an assistant at the Flüeli departure centre in Valzeina from 1 December 2026 or by agreement.
- Assistance and support for persons who have to leave Switzerland
- Handling administrative tasks and managing electronic files
- Ensuring smooth operation of activities
- Documentation and preparation of reports related to events and developments at the centre
- Occasional on-call service outside of working hours
- Completed basic training in the administrative, social or medical sector
- Empathy and ability to cope with stressful situations involving different cultures and life stories
- Independent, goal-oriented and team-oriented working method
- Patience, flexibility and assertiveness
- Knowledge of foreign languages and a category B driving licence are an advantage
