Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ at 50 – 100%

Your task
You accompany and care for our clients holistically in their familiar living environment. In doing so, you actively involve relatives and the personal environment and make an important contribution to enabling people to live independently at home for as long as possible.
You work independently on the move and are at the same time part of a committed interdisciplinary team. For your assignments, you have a category B driving licence. Ideally, you use your own vehicle.
