As part of succession planning, taking over after several years of overall responsibility for the workshop operation, including:
- Personnel, process, and resource planning
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team
- Supervision of all maintenance activities in the production facilities
- Ensuring quality-compliant, timely, and economical workflows
- Diagnosis, planning, and control of repair and maintenance work
- Contact person for customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Introduction and optimization of work processes, tools, and standards
- Responsibility for occupational safety, order, and cleanliness in the workshop
- Monitoring of material and spare parts inventory
- Preparation of reports, evaluations, and budget planning
- Participation in the on-call team

- Completed technical training, ideally master technician (e.g., automotive master, industrial master, metal construction master)
- High presence at the facilities as a practitioner and decision-making in the field
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical area
- With leadership experience or clear willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- High technical competence and solution-oriented thinking
- Organizational skills, communication strength, and assertiveness
- Team-oriented working style and enjoyment in promoting employees
- Language skills: German - native, French - business fluent
- Confident handling of digital systems (e.g., workshop software, ERP, SAP)
