For our team in Freiburg im Breisgau, we are looking for a Process Expert in Logistics (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks
• KPI analysis and action planning: Regular creation and analysis of KPIs as well as preparation and implementation of action plans in case of deviations.
• Process improvement: Development and implementation of measures for continuous process improvement (CPI), including the introduction of new technologies.
• Digitalization: Identify and implement potential for further digitalization in the warehouse.
• Inventory management: Preparation and execution of goods returns to suppliers.
• Warehouse space optimization: Prepare and carry out (partial) warehouse space optimizations in the team.
• QM management: Review, update, and consolidate SOPs and WIs.
• Employee training: Training of employees on specific processes and requirements.
• Support of logistics management: Project management, cost planning and monitoring, year-end activities.
Your profile
• Successfully completed training as a specialist (m/f/x) in warehouse logistics, commercial training with relevant professional experience in operational logistics.
• Also welcome are graduates with a completed degree in logistics & supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
• You work very agile and bring curiosity and ideas for solving problems/challenges in daily business.
• Hands-on mentality and pragmatic problem-solving approaches.
• Very extensive and advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Relevant experience with SAP modules MM and SD.
• Technical IT understanding is desirable.
• Reliable, independent, and conscientious working style as well as high commitment.
• High team ability and strong sense of responsibility.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
