The medico-social establishment La Lisière in Evilard is looking for a committed co-head of care who wishes to share responsibilities with their colleague, actively contribute to discussions, and develop the care sector.
You lead with clarity, know how to mobilise people, and are not afraid to get stuck in.
Pragmatic, humane, and with a good sense of humour.

Your profile
• Diploma as a nurse ES or HES
• Experience in team leadership as well as additional training in leadership
• A passion for supporting and developing people
• Organisational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to assert yourself
• Solid professional skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of German and French, both spoken and written
• You place the well-being of our residents at the heart of your actions, with commitment, respect, and kindness
