Job Description
What awaits you
- As a construction manager, you independently take on the integral design, approval, and execution planning and support the overall project management/project leadership.
- Your main tasks include planning activities within the integral team, supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Providing planning support for ongoing and future (large-scale) projects in the fields of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core responsibilities.
- You work closely with all specialist departments (structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners.
- You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have successfully completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification.
- Your career shows several years of professional experience in execution planning of medium to large projects, ideally using the BIM method.
- You possess solid technical and constructive knowledge and are familiar with relevant planning regulations, laws, ordinances, and standards.
- Initial professional experience in Switzerland on projects in the SIA service phases 41-51 is an advantage.
- You are characterised by enthusiasm for integral planning and are able to independently and in coordination with other specialist departments handle sub-areas.
- You have an interest in innovative software tools and knowledge of Revit or other equivalent modelling and drawing programmes.
- You have a pronounced awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality.
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are enthusiastic about topics of sustainability and the Green Deal.
- An engaged, structured, and responsible working style rounds off your profile.
