Job Description

At Julhiet Sterwen, we support key players in private banking, asset management and financial markets in their strategic, organisational and technological transformations. Our positioning is clear: combine business vision, structuring and concrete implementation, with a strong focus on value creation and adoption.

As part of the development of our Financial Markets community in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant.

You will work with General Management, business and IT on transformation projects in private banking and/or asset management, with a business value-oriented and practical implementation approach.

We support our clients end-to-end: strategic framing, definition of target models, organisational transformation and operational deployment.

You will be expected to:

Contribute to defining transformation roadmaps (organisation, digital, data)
Participate in defining target models (Target Operating Model, processes, organisation)
Analyse existing organisations, processes and tools
Identify areas for improvement and formulate concrete recommendations
Contribute to deliverable production and workshop facilitation
Support project management (monitoring, coordination, risks)
Interact with various stakeholders (business, IT, compliance…)
Participate in pre-sales activities and offer development

You will operate in demanding environments, at the heart of the Swiss financial centre’s transformations.

Qualifications

Higher education (Master – EPF, HEC or equivalent)
3 to 5 years’ experience in consulting, transformation or within a Swiss financial institution
Experience in project environments (business analysis, coordination, transformation)
Good understanding of financial sector issues (wealth management, asset management, financial markets)
Ability to structure, analyse and produce quality deliverables
Good interpersonal skills with business and IT contacts
Fluent in English (C1 level required)
Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate quickly

Experience in private banking and/or asset management (in Switzerland) is required.
