What is your job?

• Organisational talent: You plan and coordinate our daily transports and ensure that customer requirements as well as operational guidelines are reliably and punctually implemented.
• Communicative hub: You are the central contact person for customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal departments. You coordinate delivery details, align processes, and provide pragmatic solutions even in the event of short-term changes or challenges.
• Multitasking professional: You keep an overview even with several transport orders running in parallel and ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Process optimiser: You identify optimisation potential in our transport processes and actively contribute ideas to make processes more efficient, economical, and practical.
• Quality and safety awareness: You ensure compliance with our quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements in transport.

What do you bring?

• Training: You have completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: You bring experience in dispatching or transport planning – ideally in truck fleet control or fleet management.
• Organisational talent: You keep an overview even in hectic situations, set the right priorities, and work in a structured and reliable manner.
• Communication skills: You communicate clearly and solution-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and present yourself confidently and professionally to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
• Resilience and flexibility: You respond flexibly to changing requirements and keep a cool head even in unforeseen situations. You act independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically.
