Maintenance Specialist for Attractive Permanent Position 80-100%
Tasks
- Planning of processes and work programme in the area of cleaning/maintenance
- Management of 6 to 7 employees
- Responsibility for work preparation and deployment planning
- Participation in property cleaning (approx. 50%)
- Provision of operating resources
- Acquisition of new customers
- Occasional support of participants from work integration programmes in daily work
- Administrative tasks such as quotation and invoicing
Requirements
- Certified cleaning technician or certified caretaker or similar training
- Commercial further training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in cleaning/maintenance
- Experience in work organisation, personnel management and administrative processes
- Committed, confident and communicative manner
- Service-oriented, very independent working style in a lively environment
- IT user knowledge of Office 365, ABACUS ERP is an advantage
