In your role as Field Service Technician (m/f/d) - Large Heat Pump, you significantly contribute to driving sustainable energy solutions forward. With your expertise and technical skill, you commission our heat pumps and take on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and maintenance at end customers
• Service-oriented advice to our customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support your colleagues in the technical field service in the extended area of your deployment region
• Take on on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

You are technically skilled, love working on heating solutions, and are characterised by high customer orientation and willingness to travel? As a Service Technician, you can apply these strengths meaningfully with us! Additionally, you have:

• A completed training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. as a refrigeration system fitter / refrigeration mechatronics technician or as a heating installer with proven refrigeration certificate
• Knowledge of the structure and function of heat pumps
• NIV 15 qualification desirable
• Valid driving licence class B
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
