University of Teacher Education FHNW, Institute for Secondary Level I and II
Your tasks:
In this varied hub function, you will work in all study program relevant processes of teacher education in the Secondary Level I and II study programs.
You will
- take on diverse administrative tasks in the office team
- record, check and evaluate data
- provide information about study operations by phone and email
- take responsibility in the graduation process (conduct checks, issue diplomas, certificates and confirmations)
- know and apply study regulations and guidelines as well as processes
Your profile:
You have a strong affinity for university topics and enjoy the professional content of teacher education. In addition, you have the following qualifications and skills:
- completed commercial training with at least 5 years of professional experience
- further training (e.g. self-organization, complex evaluations with Excel)
- experience in the university sector or public administration
- very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- networked thinking
- independent and proactive working style
- flexibility as well as humor and team spirit
The position is initially limited until 31.08.2027.
