be the competent contact person for private clients, self-employed individuals and SMEs and advise them in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
manage and develop your own client portfolio
use our products and services according to customer needs
identify cross- and upselling potentials and refer customers to the appropriate specialist for specific concerns

You bring

a banking apprenticeship as well as bank-specific further training
several years of professional experience in the banking sector, especially in the area of financing
strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
enjoyment of daily customer contact as well as the ability to quickly recognise needs and expectations
necessarily a broad network of contacts and regional anchoring
