Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes for our guests
• Co-creation and implementation of menu ideas
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Efficient organisation of the workplace and workflows
• Support with ordering goods and inventory management
• Team collaboration to ensure a first-class guest experience

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Chef with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
• Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in fine dining
• Passion for fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Creativity and enjoyment in developing new dishes
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
