• Packing your competence backpack with all the essential basic skills during your foundation year with our external provider
• Getting to know various business processes and data of our bank as well as working with advanced technologies
• Analysing processes, developing profitable solutions and coordinating implementation – independently or together with specialists
• Jointly driving forward and simplifying processes – ensuring efficiency, automation and a digital future
• Forming an important link between business and technology
• Participating in training and internal events to further develop your personal, social and methodological skills

• Completion of secondary school A with an average grade of 4.625 (including mathematics with geometry, German, English)*
• Good Multicheck in Business and Administration – evaluation as Developer Digital Business
• You are enthusiastic about topics such as IT, technology, sales and marketing
• You enjoy communicating, are open-minded and like working with others
• You find networked thinking and focused work easy
• Required application documents: application/motivation letter, CV, all four secondary school reports, Multicheck Business and Administration (evaluation Developer Digital Business), secondary school assessment (Stellwerktest, Check S2 or similar)
