Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of elderly care and support, which, as the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly, employs around 4,300 staff. Outpatient and inpatient services seamlessly merge, so that residents benefit from a comprehensive and flexible care offering. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as an SRK Care Assistant to start immediately or as soon as possible.

SRK Care Assistant (m/f/d)

• Independently maintain documentation of care services
• Support with meals and daily structuring
• Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
• Perform domestic tasks in the residential area
• Participate in a well-coordinated care team
• Carry out individual basic care as needed

• Completed training as a care assistant or SRK
• German language skills spoken and written at B2 level
• Practical experience in a comparable role desirable
• Ideally prior experience in long-term care
• Patient, reliable and friendly personality
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Teamwork skills for collaboration in a small team
• Independent and careful working style in documentation
