Property Manager

• Thanks to your business management thinking and action, you independently manage the portfolio assigned to you and are supported by Lease Accounting and Lease Administration.
• You are the contact person for property owners, tenants and landlords (leasing) and support them with their requests.
• As a representative of interests, you are in contact with authorities, facility managers and other real estate stakeholders.
• You negotiate lease contracts and make adjustments to lease agreements and rents.
• You ensure market-compliant leasing and are responsible for the leasing and management of vacant properties.
• In the event of tenant changes, you handle the handover and acceptance of spaces and support the construction department during the demolition of tenant fittings (leasing).
• You regularly report on the current status of various pending cases using reports prepared and managed by our Key Account Management.

What characterises you.

• You have a basic commercial education or equivalent training as well as the federal certificate as a property manager.
• With several years of professional experience in a similar role, you are already very familiar with the processes and challenges.
• Common IT applications (MS Office) pose no problem for you.
• If you have experience with the SAP RE-FX management software, this is an advantage.
• A good command of German is a plus.
• You express yourself skilfully both orally and in writing and convince with your strong service orientation.
• You have an independent and reliable working method.
