Lead Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the global workplace landscape and align it with the overarching IT operations strategy.
You define international service concepts and improve the digital work experience across all locations.
You lead the workplace team and manage the Global Operations Hub professionally.
You modernise end devices, workplace systems, and their life cycles through standardisation and automation.
You optimise ITSM processes, service quality, and operational performance and translate requirements into secure, intuitive solutions.
Qualifications:
You have IT training at EFZ, HF, or FH level as well as several years of practical experience in the workplace and service environment.
You have successfully led teams or global IT services in international organisations.
You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and modern collaboration solutions.
You are familiar with ITIL or comparable service management models and have experience with continual service improvement.
You impress with strong customer orientation, stakeholder skills, clear communication, pragmatic action, and are willing to travel internationally.
