Your contribution to the company
- Responsible for the performance statistics of the agencies (centralization of reports, preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis, answering questions about reporting systems, providing training on reporting tools in the agency)
- Establishment of contracts for employees and distribution intermediaries
- Responding to questions about external service commission
- Occasional establishment of financial analysis of sales points
Secondary tasks
- Processing missions from general management (calculation of remuneration, processing of lists)
- Management of various distribution requests
- Management of portfolios – Transfers
- Support for organizing meetings and outings for distribution managers SE SRO
- Sponsorship/event support: processing requests, Hospitality, event material, ticketing
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Commercial employee CFC with a few years of professional experience, -- Certificate of assistant/management or HES/University Bachelor
- Excellent command of French and ideally good knowledge of German
- Excellent knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel
- Professional experience in a similar position is a plus, ideally in the insurance world
- Order, rigor, and a keen sense of organization
- Willingness to evolve your environment and constantly seek improvements
- Able to analyze problems, determine measures to be taken
- Ability to learn, autonomy, seeking cooperation
- Reliability and flexibility regarding possibilities for change
