Your profile
You have completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality, many years of experience in à la carte service as well as banquet service.
You have a high quality awareness and solid professional know-how. You take responsibility, show initiative, are resilient, and remain calm even during peak times.
You are a born host and maintain an excellent connection with guests and employees. Due to your natural authority, you find it easy to lead on an equal footing and support the team in a cooperative manner.
German and English are a must, French is a plus.
Your area of responsibility
- Active participation in service (including advising guests, taking orders, operating the cash register system, daily mise-en-place and cleaning tasks)
- Reception, welcoming, and farewelling guests
- Ensuring smooth service operations in the various outlets including team briefing
- Ensuring & further development of processes and quality standards
- Training, leading, and briefing the service team
- Participation in employee discussions
- Ensuring & further development of HACCP standards and hygiene concept
- Assisting in organizing and independently executing banquets
- Administrative tasks (orders, duty planning, cash register closings, etc.)
