You have the wonderful task of organizing the daycare day for the children according to their age. You enable them to develop individually, gain diverse learning experiences, and at the same time find their way in the group. Under qualified and individual guidance, you learn everything about the holistic development of children. We encourage you to gain your own experiences and grow in your role as a specialist. No day is like the other! You work closely with other people; teamwork and communication are very important in your daily work.

• You have completed secondary school A or B with good to very good grades
• You can handle new situations well and are resilient
• You are a communicative, open, and cheerful person
