What you will do

You are responsible for the operational kitchen workflow in the VIP area of the Pilatus Arena (240 seats)
You participate in menu planning and place orders in the production kitchen
You are responsible for plating and attractive presentation of pre-prepared dishes
You ensure that everything is fresh, appetizing, and at the right place at the right time
You ensure proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
You comply with HACCP guidelines and Tavolago standards
You support catering and events

What we expect from you

You have completed training in the kitchen field or have experience
You are creative and like to try new recipes, your working style is organized and independent
You speak fluent German
You have a category B driving license and are willing to work flexibly
You are motivated, like to pitch in, and are eager to contribute to the reopening of the Pilatus Arena
