Do you want not only to operate a new high-end machine but also to help build it from the start? Our new manufacturing machine with coordinate grinding package, HEIDENHAIN TNC7 and EROWA ERC 150 will be delivered in February 2027. You will be involved in the assembly and commissioning and develop into a specialist in coordinate grinding.

What to expect
- You will be involved from the start in the assembly and commissioning of the machine delivered in February 2027
- You create and optimise programmes with Siemens NX as well as directly on the HEIDENHAIN TNC7
- You set up the Fehlmann VERSA 745 and the EROWA ERC 150 and operate the system independently
- You manufacture demanding precision parts in 5-axis milling and coordinate grinding
- You develop stable processes for automated and unmanned machining
- You inspect your parts independently and ensure the highest quality standards
What you bring
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education
- Solid experience in 5-axis milling and handling HEIDENHAIN controls
- CAM experience with Siemens NX is an advantage – more important is your willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm for precision and the desire to become a professional in coordinate grinding
- Independent, structured working style, quality awareness and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
