These are your tasks
- Process and take responsibility for time management including absences, on-call and shift deployments as a super user, and prepare key figures accordingly
- Coordinate cases of health, accident or disability insurance from registration to billing
- Ensure the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle together with the team
- Help shape the digitalisation and automation of processes in HR services and participate in projects
- Take on the role of a solution-oriented contact person within the HR team and for employees and managers
- Support and coach commercial apprentices as a practical trainer
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) with solid further education in HR or social insurance
- Several years of experience in HR administration and time management
- Good understanding of IT interfaces, knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Bridge is an advantage
- Good Excel skills for reporting
- Analytical and service-oriented mindset
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working
- Flexible personality with solution-oriented actions
