Syntegon Packaging Systems AG in Beringen (SH) is a company of the Syntegon Group and offers a comprehensive portfolio of packaging solutions for the confectionery and food industry. At the site, more than 700 employees develop and produce innovative, customer-specific packaging and handling systems for demanding high-performance applications.
As a competent and loyal ambassador of our company, you commission packaging machines and systems in-house and subsequently at our customers worldwide. The ideal job to start your professional career after your studies and gain international experience, which later opens up many development opportunities within our company.
- Primarily, you are responsible for the internal and external commissioning of packaging machines (hardware and software). The range of tasks extends from assembly through test runs to fine-tuning the software or the acceptance run of our complex machines.
- During service and troubleshooting assignments, you skilfully locate problems quickly and work out solutions with the support of the technical departments.
- You assist in optimising and further developing the complex packaging machines.
- Instruction and training of customer personnel internally and externally in German and English complete this unusual and challenging task.
- Worldwide travel activity is approximately 40%. Assembly assignments usually last between 3 and 8 weeks.
- You have a technical vocational training and a completed degree as an engineer FH or technician TS in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- You possess PLC user knowledge and practical experience in automation and/or electrical engineering.
- As a resilient and travel-friendly team player, you show improvisational talent and courage for unconventional solutions.
- Team spirit, communication skills, and a flair for other countries and cultures characterise you.
- An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach as well as fluent German and English are considered essential for professional interaction with our international customers.
