We are looking immediately or by arrangement for volunteers who support activation in our home. Volunteers who wish to give their time and enjoy coming into contact with older people, nurturing this relationship and thus making a significant contribution to their joy of life.

For this, we are seeking voluntary women and men to assist us in activation through creative activities, group offers, events, and excursions.

Additionally, we regularly have residents who, due to limited mobility and a shrinking social network, wish for accompaniment to medical appointments.

We conduct an initial interview with all volunteers and then arrange a trial appointment. If it suits both parties, a deployment agreement is made. Afterwards, you will be carefully introduced and supported in your new role by the activation team. We work in the home according to our volunteer concept and offer an annual meal with all volunteers, where contact with each other can be maintained and experiences exchanged. Furthermore, an annual themed afternoon is held as part of continuing education, during which topics relevant to the volunteers' deployment are presented, discussed, and worked on.
