Your task

Administrative and organizational support in the field of education
Support in the selection of apprentices
Management of applicant management
Administrative and organizational support in the area of further education and course management
Responsibility for telephone service and mailbox; central contact point in the education department

Our requirements

Commercial basic training
Responsible, team- and service-oriented personality with organizational talent and high quality awareness
Confident, flawless German in spoken and written form
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), high IT affinity
Innovative and networked thinking
Open-mindedness and humor
Joy / interest in vocational and further education topics
