Deputy Operations Manager Cleaning 80 - 100%The Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 women and men with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for criminal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.
The Uitikon Measures Centre (MZU) is JuWe's socio-pedagogical and therapeutic competence centre for the criminal and measure enforcement of juvenile and young adult offenders.
For our Hospitality-Housekeeping / Cleaning operation, we are looking for a committed, socially competent and resilient person as a Trainer in Cleaning Technology and Deputy Operations Manager from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the cleaning area. You ensure an efficient and smooth running of daily operations and actively contribute
- You professionally lead up to four employees
- You establish the basic training in cleaning technology and take responsibility for the vocational training of juvenile and young adult offenders
- You represent the Operations Manager in her absence and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
What you bring
- You have completed basic training as a cleaning technology specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), formerly building cleaner EFZ
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience and hold the federal specialist certificate
- You enjoy training apprentices: ideally, you have the SVEB training or are motivated to complete it
- You command the German language confidently in speech and writing and are proficient in using MS Office applications
- Your reputation is impeccable and you are at least 28 years old
