About the job

• You ensure the socio-pedagogical and agogical-oriented support and assistance of adults with various forms of disabilities and challenging behaviour
• You support us in developing new concepts for participation at the interface between psychiatry and disability assistance
• Through independent case management, you make well-founded decisions and carefully document the main topics of the users
• You take responsibility and promote, activate and accompany our users specifically according to their individual abilities
• You participate in the tasks of team leadership and represent it when necessary

• You have a completed degree in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF or an equivalent qualification
• You have a specific interest in people with challenging behaviours
• You are a team player and work resource-oriented
• You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
