You ensure that our vehicles are at the right place at the right time.

Do you keep an overview even in a dynamic environment, coordinate several tasks simultaneously, and enjoy working with various stakeholders? Then you are exactly right with us!

At the Binelli Group, you work with the premium brands BMW, MINI and Maserati. You coordinate vehicle orders, delivery dates and administrative processes and are the central interface between sales, workshop, logistics, importer and our leasing partners.

Dispatcher (80–100%) Your tasks:

• You coordinate the entire ordering and procurement process of our new and used vehicles until delivery
• You plan and manage our demonstration and rental vehicles and ensure their optimal availability
• You prepare vehicle deliveries and coordinate workshop orders as well as vehicle registrations
• You process vehicle invoices, leasing documents and guarantees and ensure smooth administrative handling
• You maintain vehicle data in our systems and ensure high data quality
• You work closely with sales, workshop, importers and leasing partners and are an important interface
• You contribute ideas and support the continuous optimisation of our processes
• Commercial training or training in retail, ideally in the automotive industry
• Experience in vehicle dispatch or a comparable administrative function
• Organisational skills as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with various systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry as well as our brands BMW, MINI and Maserati
