At the Binelli Group, you work with the premium brands BMW and MINI as well as the luxury brand Maserati, coordinate vehicle orders, delivery dates and administrative processes, and are an important interface between sales, logistics and our partners. To strengthen our dispatch team at the Zurich branch, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual for an 80–100% position as
DispatcherYour tasks:
- You maintain and update various vehicle statistics and ensure high data quality
- You coordinate all demonstration and rental vehicles and ensure their efficient planning and availability
- You order customer vehicles and monitor the entire procurement process until delivery
- You record new and used vehicles in the system and ensure the completeness of all relevant vehicle data
- You prepare vehicle deliveries and create the necessary workshop orders for a smooth handover
- You coordinate registrations with the road traffic office and ensure the timely registration of vehicles
- You invoice vehicles to our customers and ensure correct administrative processing
- You create warranties for used vehicles and record them in the system
- You check delivery documents, especially leasing documents, and ensure timely dispatch to our leasing partners
- You deregister new and used vehicles in the system and ensure clean documentation
- You ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines and requirements in the sales process
- You claim premium rebates from the importer and check all premium credits for accuracy
- You actively contribute to the further development and transformation of our dispatch and sustainably shape processes
- You have completed commercial training or training as a retail specialist or retail assistant, ideally in a car dealership
- You have experience in vehicle dispatch and know the processes around vehicle orders, deliveries and appointment management. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the BMW environment
- You are interested in the automotive industry and are enthusiastic about our premium brands BMW and MINI
- You have very good IT skills and work confidently with common Office applications
- You communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written
- You convince with teamwork, flexibility, organisational talent and a reliable way of working
- You work independently, take responsibility and keep an overview even in hectic situations
