Administration Employee with Work Pedagogical Tasks 40%
In the areas of workshop and studio, we offer around 100 employment places in ten different departments to maintain and promote individual skills with meaningful activities. We carry out assembly, disassembly, packaging, equipping, and shipping work for customers and operate glass, textile, clay, and wood workshops as well as an open studio & art studio.
The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
This is your task
- Ensuring a smoothly functioning office (telephone, email, post)
- Order entry and order administration
- Inventory management and logistics including purchasing and ordering for the workshop
- Independently performing diverse administrative tasks
- Professional and timely processing of customer orders according to quality management
- Receiving and comprehensively executing print orders for external and internal customers
- Supporting and guiding the employed residents in your specialist area
This is what you bring
- Qualification in the commercial sector with confident German, ideally broad professional experience including order administration and logistical processes
- Training or experience in the social sector is an advantage
- Process-oriented thinking
- Independent and responsible working style
- A strong team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Friendly and courteous interaction with various stakeholders, especially enjoyment in working with people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities
