• Administrative, operational and conceptual activities in teaching and research
• Collaboration and taking over partial project management in research projects
• Assistance in writing scientific publications
• Support in acquiring third-party funding and in writing research proposals
• Conducting literature searches and preparing foundational documents
• Support in teaching activities and supervision of student work
• Supporting project management in project organisation and coordination (e.g. in meetings, communication or events)

• Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector desired
• Knowledge in evidence-based practice and skills in scientific work
• Experience in implementing application-oriented research projects

• A fixed-term employment of three years with a support and promotion concept for scientific staff
