Your tasks

• You represent the Head of Nursing and take on leadership tasks within the nursing team
• You ensure high nursing quality and further develop processes
• You actively assist with duty planning and the induction of new employees
• You maintain collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies

Your profile

• You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• You have professional experience in long-term care; leadership experience is a plus
• Your communication is clear and appreciative, and you keep an overview even in busy times
• You are eager to take on responsibility and help shape a team
