Your tasks
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Our HR team is getting reinforcement and maybe you are exactly <b>the one</b> to join us. <span style="font-size: 15px;">We are looking for a person with a heart for people, joy in collaboration, and the desire to actively shape everyday HR work.</span></p><p></p><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Your tasks</b></div><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">You accompany employees from several companies in our group holistically through the entire HR process, from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You are the first point of contact for our operations managers in all HR matters and advise them competently, solution-oriented, and practically</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You support with labor law questions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines as well as legal requirements</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You are responsible for the monthly payroll of the assigned companies and ensure correct and timely processing</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You handle accident and illness processing and professionally accompany employees and managers through these processes</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You conduct HR interviews such as onboarding, feedback, development, and exit interviews and support in challenging personnel situations</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You maintain personnel master data, contracts, and personnel files and ensure clean, structured HR administration</li><li style="text-align: justify;">You actively participate in HR projects, process optimizations, and the further development of our HR standards</li></ul><p></p>
Your profile
<p style="text-align: justify; ">You preferably have training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally with a degree from a hotel management school or a comparable qualification and want to develop professionally. The hospitality industry is more than a job for you; it is an attitude. You are looking for a role with responsibility, closeness to people, and the opportunity to establish yourself in HR, even if you are not yet a classic HR professional.</p><p style="text-align: justify; ">As a dynamic, authentic personality with drive, you can identify with our values and the concepts of our companies. Organization is in your blood, you keep an overview even in hectic moments, and you pitch in where needed.
