Specialist in Radiology with a Focus on Interventional Radiology (Consultant or Senior Consultant)

The Radiology Plus team is responsible for the radiological, nuclear medicine, and radio-oncological care of the four clinics of Spital Thurgau AG. Furthermore, it operates 11 radiological practices in the cantons of Thurgau, St. Gallen, and Graubünden. Currently, over 50 specialists work in the Radiology Plus team, covering all subspecialties.

To strengthen our team at the hospital locations Münsterlingen and Frauenfeld, we are looking for a specialist immediately or by arrangement

Specialist in Radiology with a Focus on Interventional Radiology (Consultant or Senior Consultant)

You will take on

• Independent planning, execution, and reporting of radiological examinations with a focus on image-guided interventions (ultrasound-, fluoroscopy- and CT-guided interventions, angiography)
• Membership in the expert network of the Radiology Plus team.
• Representation of the interventional radiology core competence towards clinicians and referrers
• Guidance and training of assistant doctors
• Participation in the hospital duty system

You bring with you

• Specialist qualification in Radiology
• Ideally a diploma from a recognised professional society for interventional radiology (e.g. EBIR)
• Broad clinical experience in the field of radiological interventions, ideally also sound knowledge in general radiological diagnostics (X-ray, US, CT, MRI)

The Radiology Plus team also ensures teleradiological care for several clinics and medical facilities in the cantons of Thurgau, St. Gallen, and Graubünden.
