What you can achieve
- Professional and personnel management of the Investigation Team
- Overall responsibility for the processing and coordination of investigation cases
- Responsibility for the complete and comprehensible documentation of all cases
- Ensuring an objective, independent and appropriate clarification of the cases
- Independent conduct of internal investigations, including planning, conducting interviews, analysing facts and preparing investigation reports
- Regular reporting
- Preparation and execution of the monthly IAB
What you bring with you
- Completed law degree
- Several years of professional experience in the compliance or legal environment, including 3 to 5 years of solid experience in conducting and leading internal investigations
- Very good understanding of compliance requirements, governance and relevant processes
- Experience in leading and developing employees
- Strong analytical, communicative and team-oriented skills
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills; French and Italian skills are an advantage

About the department
Head Investigation leads and is responsible for all internal investigations and ensures that misconduct is consistently uncovered.
The Investigation organisation, which is currently being established, is an integral part of Compliance and is gaining increasing importance due to growing regulatory requirements as well as increasing awareness of integrity and responsible behaviour. The department deals with the structured and professional investigation of internal and external reports of potential misconduct.
In doing so, Investigation makes an important contribution to strengthening a sustainable compliance culture and to the continuous development of the organisation.
