Main tasks:
- You support the workshop manager in organising and leading the workshop operations
- You professionally accompany mechanics and apprentices, provide clear instructions and promote development within the team
- You create precise vehicle diagnoses
- You independently plan team deployments, monitor deadlines and ensure smooth, high-quality order processing
- You are a central interface to the workshop reception and support billing as well as organisational matters
- You consistently implement measures for occupational safety and health protection within your area of responsibility
- You actively shape the team culture and promote cohesion
- You keep your team professionally up to date and specifically foster talents - for a strong workshop of tomorrow
Requirements:
- A completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ in the commercial vehicle sector
- A completed further qualification as a diagnostician / master craftsman examination
- Several years of professional experience in workshop business
- Initial leadership experience or a talent for guiding and motivating employees
- Strong initiative and assertiveness
- High sense of responsibility and reliable working style
- Driving licence category B/ C is an advantage
