For the administration at our location in Lucerne and in future at our new location Reussperle in Buchrain, we are looking for a medical practice assistant to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your mission at Sonic Suisse
Become part of our dedicated team at the Bioanalytica laboratory and help shape the future of our leading and innovative company in this key role.
Your role in this position
- Sample reception: assessment of the order, correct identification and allocation of patient and specimen
- Sample distribution: samples are distributed to the analytical workstations or sample racks
- Electronic data processing recording and control of laboratory orders from senders
- Dispatch of samples to external institutions
- Telephone contact with customers or other laboratories to clarify submitted sample material or laboratory orders
- Administrative tasks related to the activity
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as MPA, medical secretary or similar
- Affinity and flair for IT
- Friendly manner in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Willingness to work Saturdays
