Our team actively shapes the topics of Pillar 3a and vested benefits, handles the various business cases of the Sparen 3 pension foundation and the two vested benefits foundations of ZKB, and serves as a contact point for our customers and sales staff.

Your tasks

Handling all business cases of the Sparen 3 pension foundation and the two vested benefits foundations of ZKB – both from the bank's sales channel and digitally from frankly
Independent processing of specialized cases
Communication, correspondence, and coordination with customers as well as with internal and external parties
Identifying optimization potential for processes/services and assisting in the implementation of solutions

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Professional certificate or further training in pension or social insurance topics
Relevant professional experience in (occupational) pension schemes and/or in Pillar 3a
You enjoy direct customer contact and are a team player
Excellent oral and written German skills
Good oral English and French skills (additional language skills are an advantage)
