We are a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing company that has been producing in Ennenda in the Glarus region for over 70 years and employs 160 staff.
To strengthen our team in toolmaking, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and committed individual.
The position is limited to 6 months, with the option of permanent employment.
PRODUCTION MECHANIC or
Polymechanic 100%
(Early and late shifts alternating weekly)
Your CHALLENGES
- You operate and monitor machines in series production
- You ensure smooth production processes in a 2-shift operation
- You manufacture series parts according to technical drawings and specifications
- You carry out quality checks of the produced parts as well as measurement and testing tasks
- You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
Your profile
- Completed training as a production mechanic, polymechanic, or comparable technical education
- Experience in series production or CNC production is an advantage
- Technical understanding and experience in reading drawings (2D, 3D)
- Quality-conscious, precise, and independent working style
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
